Orders are placed through our website form and confirmed via WhatsApp. A submitted order is not guaranteed until we verify availability and confirm details with you directly. Please ensure your WhatsApp number is active and reachable.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process, including your name, delivery address, and contact number. Incorrect details that result in failed delivery are the customer's responsibility.
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website or the experience of other users.
All orders are subject to availability. Because oyster mushrooms are a fresh, perishable crop, availability may vary based on harvest conditions. We reserve the right to decline or limit orders during periods of low yield.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices may vary seasonally based on crop yield and availability. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; confirmed orders will be fulfilled at the agreed price.
You may request modifications (quantity, delivery address) until the order has been packed for dispatch. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone to make changes.
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by weather in the Nilgiris, road conditions, or logistics partners are outside our control. We will notify you promptly if your order is delayed.
Responsibility for the product transfers to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, arrange for someone to receive it on your behalf, as oyster mushrooms are highly perishable.
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons within our control, we will arrange a re-delivery or issue a refund. If failure is due to incorrect address or unavailability without prior notice, cancellation charges may apply.
We guarantee the freshness of our oyster mushrooms upon delivery. If your order arrives spoiled or visibly damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos for a replacement or full refund.
Store mushrooms in the refrigerator at 2–4°C immediately upon delivery. Keep them in a breathable container or their original packaging. Do not store in airtight bags. Consume within 5–7 days for best quality.
As a fresh agricultural product, minor variation in cluster size, cap shape, and colour may occur between harvests. This is natural and does not indicate a quality defect.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
